These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at Visiara GmbH placed by consumers and business customers.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but serves as a non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the button „Shop Now“ you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after placing the order.
The purchase contract is concluded with the order confirmation.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include the statutory VAT plus shipping costs.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
5. Delivery

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) – limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
